User Registration / Profile Setup

    1. Navigate to the “Log In” page. If you are already registered, Log In.
    2. If not registered, click on the “Register” link located beneath “Log In” button.
    3. Enter a username, your email address, a password and answer the question.
    4. Log in and navigate to the “Profile” page to fill out your user profile.
    5. Fill in all required fields. After all required fields are complete, review and check off the waiver.
    6. Submit your profile at the bottom of the page, then scroll top left on your profile page to “Westminster”  and click to go to the home page.
    7. If you are not allowed to enter the site, it is because  you did not fill in all required fields in the profile.

Registering for Shifts

  1. From the home page, select the event and shift you wish to volunteer for by hovering over the “Shift Signup” link in the navigation bar and select.
  2. Click on a shift to view its details and available roles.
  3. At the top of the shift page you can click on the hyperlink under “venues” and review all opportunities at that venue.
  4. At the top left of the shift page, you may click on a hyperlink under “roles” to learn all dates and times available for that specific role.
  5. Once you have found the shift you want to volunteer for, select a role.
  6. You  will receive an email acknowledgement. Please allow several minutes for the email to be sent, and don’t forget to check your spam folder. If you do not receive the email or have any other issues registering for shifts, contact support.
  7. You may view/cancel your shifts by navigating to the home page, mousing over “Shift Signup” in the navigation bar and clicking on “My Commitments”.
