Event Description The Westminster Flower and Jazz Festival is an annual event held in Downtown Westminster the Saturday before Mother’s Day. This downtown street fair features local nurseries offering a variety of plants, flowers, and shrubs for purchase; food vendors, great entertainment on three stages; and over 200 craft and retail vendors.
